The theme of the conference is THE CHALLENGES, OPPORTUNITIES AND INNOVATIONS IN THE ERA OF SOCIETY 5.0, and will cover the following topics:

Cross-disciplinary and collaborative approaches to digitized material, including participation, crowdsourcing, and citizen science for human development

Scientific visualisation for the humanities and social sciences
Digital economy based on humanities and religious perspectives
Digital humanities activism and journalism for human dignities and social justice
Critical and theoretical perspectives on digital culture, including artificial intelligence and big data
Computational text analysis and processing related to humanities and social sciences
The processes of digitization, digitalization, datafication, and data preservation of text and materials
Digital cultural heritage collections and research connected to galleries, libraries, archives, and museums

 

Reflecting methodology and theory on digital humanities research and education
Digital pedagogy, didactics, and digital teaching methods and tools
State ideology and nationalism in the context of digital humanities
Humanities and civic education in digital humanities perspectives
Critical ecology in digital humanities
Ethics and digital humanities
Rule of engagement of public policy and governance in digital society
Current issues/hot topics related to digital humanities

The conference will be held in November 3-5, 2022. 

Some sessions will be held virtually using online meeting application (Zoom).
